Haplotype analysis of the block formed by rs2651206, rs10807287, and rs7764257 showed that the combination of the three frequent alleles (CTA) was significantly (p = 0.02) overrepresented in the AD group (67%) compared to the control group (63%), and this result was still significant after multiple testing corrections with 10,000 permutations (p = 0.05).
